PENGUATAN KELEMBAGAAN YAYASAN AL-AMIN KRADENAN LAMA SUKOREJO SEMARANG GUNA MENCEGAH PENYIMPANGAN ORGANISASI

Abstract

A foundation is a legal entity that can carry out legal actions and cause consequences. As the holder of rights and obligations, the Management's legal actions represent the Foundation organization. The AL-Amin Kradenan Lama Sukorejo Semarang Foundation is the foundation that oversees the Al-Amin Mosque Trust Organization and the Al-Amin Al-Qur'an Education Institute (LP). As a foundation that has just been established and oversees the previously existing Ketakmiran, it requires a complete understanding of the status and position of the Foundation, whose legal actions give rise to legal consequences. Apart from that, the management of the Foundation is required to be more serious considering that there are legal obligations and prohibitions which could impact the examination of the Foundation. For this reason, Community Service at the Al-Amin Kradenan Lama Foundation is very important to help understand it correctly and manage it more professionally. With a socialization approach as well as assistance in making the Foundation's general policies, structuring the Organizational Structure with descriptions of duties and authorities, Determining Work Programs and Budgets, and monitoring and evaluation assistance with instruments are considered to be very helpful in strengthening the Foundation's institutions to prevent irregularities in the Foundation's organs. Several documents have been produced, such as the Foundation's General Policy Document, Work Program and Budget, and Monitoring and Evaluation Document. This document is material that really helps strengthen the Foundation's organs and prevent organizational irregularities.
