Abstract

Students are human beings who are expected to become leaders of the nation and state, so they need to be equipped with certain skills so that they are able to become successful individuals academically, socially and in their careers. This internship activity is intended for students to be able to learn and gain experience working in an agency with the aim of honing the abilities and skills that have been studied in accordance with the study program curriculum. Based on the description above, the author did an internship at PT. Kurnia Jaya Nugraha, Field Executor for 2 months starting from November 14 to January 14 2023. In the Real Estate business, a permit to build a building is inseparable, including PT. Kurnia Jaya Nugraha. In an internship at PT. Kurnia Jaya Nugraha the author has studied many things including the Job Description in the Field Executor section is working on housing projects that have been purchased by consumers, conducting surveys, managing permits, consulting with clients, as well as carrying out construction in the field.
