The Bachelor of Information Systems Study Program is a study program that emphasizes the ability of individuals and groups to design, develop and implement organizational information systems as the main asset of an organization, including:
1) Focus on techniques for integrating information technology solutions with business processes so that the organization’s needs for information can be met.
2) Emphasize information as an important resource in production, especially in relation to the organization’s needs in achieving its stated vision and mission.
3) Study important aspects of how information is created, processed, analyzed and distributed to all stakeholders in the organization.
4) The curriculum emphasizes how to ensure that the technology and information systems owned are aligned with the company’s business strategy, in order to create a competitive advantage in competition (the value of information technology to the business).

With a combination of capabilities in the fields of management, business and information technology solutions in the field of data analysis and information systems that are aligned with business processes, a competitive advantage in competition (the value of information technology to the business) will be created for corporations. Graduates will be equipped with various mandatory competencies regarding the basics of information systems, data/information management, IT/IS infrastructure and information system security, design and programming analysis, IS strategy and management, professional ethics and interpersonal skills, human and computer interaction and management. Information systems project. The chosen competency as the final concentration is in the field of developing web and mobile-based business information systems and data analytics with visualization.
