(ENGLISH LITERATURE)
The English Literature Study Program provides a comprehensive, competency-based curriculum to produce competitive graduates. By choosing the English Literature study program, you can learn about the content, artistic characteristics, aesthetics, authenticity and beauty of the content in texts or writings of English literature.
You will study various written works in the form of novels, drama scripts or poetry which are definitely written in English. Apart from that, you will also study English linguistics in more depth.
Even though studying English Literature aims to hone your analytical skills by examining various literary works, it does not rule out the possibility that you can create literary works. In this department you will study the works of William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Charlotte Bronte, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Edgar Allan Poe and so on.

The English Literature Bachelor’s Study Program offers courses in linguistics, literature, English education and entrepreneurship which are prepared for edupreneur, creativepreneur and digital officer concentrations/choices.
Students can choose one of the specializations (edupreneur, creativepreneur, and digital officer) which not only studies the fields of literature, language, and English language teaching but also combines them with the fields of entrepreneurship and digital literacy.
