PELATIHAN OPTIMASI MEDIA ONLINE WHATSAPP UNTUK BERJUALAN BAGI UMKM KELURAHAN MANGUNHARJO TUGU
Abstract
Online marketing is becoming increasingly important in today's digital age, especially for UMKM in Mangunharjo residence, which operates in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. One of the most popular instant messaging apps, WhatsApp, provides a variety of features for effective and efficient product marketing. This training utilized practical methods that involve direct demonstration and self-employment for small and medium-sized enterprises. The training results demonstrated that WhatsApp increased customer engagement and sales conversion. Furthermore, features like WhatsApp Business allow for more structured and professional business management. Appropriate use of WhatsApp can be a very effective tool in supporting UMKM’s digital marketing strategy, thus helping them thrive in the midst of increasingly competitive markets.
