Abstract

The MS Excel Utilization Assistance Program for Member Savings Data Recording at 'Basuki' Waste Bank aims to enhance the active participation of waste bank members in managing their savings data. Comprising seven stages, the program involves needs identification, MS Excel training, field practice, individual mentoring, financial literacy training, monitoring, evaluation, and report compilation. The primary focus is on active member participation, wherein they provide input, participate in training, and offer feedback. The program also engages waste bank administrators in identifying initial issues, coordinating activities, and providing feedback. As key stakeholders, waste bank members play a crucial role in issue identification, active participation, and providing essential feedback. Emphasizing program sustainability, continuous training, integration of techniques and knowledge into waste bank routines, building support networks, member empowerment, ongoing monitoring and evaluation, active communication, fundraising, and goal evaluation are highlighted. The program is expected to improve the efficiency of waste bank members' savings data recording, enhance financial literacy, and support sustainable waste management in the 'Basuki' community. It also strengthens collaboration among all involved parties to ensure the sustainability of the benefits provided by the program.
