PENGUATAN MEDIASI PADA PERANGKAT KELURAHAN PAKINTELAN DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA

Abstract

Community Service Activities are the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that must be carried out. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide reinforcement to the village apparatus of the Pakintelan sub-district, Gunungpati District, Semarang City to be able to resolve problems that occur between residents or between brothers themselves by means of mediation. Lack of understanding about dispute resolution through mediation results in dispute resolution being carried out through the Police institution and even to the court. With this community service, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge and raise awareness for village officials and the community about resolving disputes in the Pakintelan Village community through mediation and avoiding settlements in the police or court. Alternative settlement through mediation is more effective and results in a win-win solution, which can be accepted by both parties.
