PENDAMPINGAN TATA CARA PEMBELAJARAN DARING (ONLINE) PADA GURU SD N SAMBIROTO 02 SEMARANG
Abstract
The current COVID-19 pandemic condition forces teachers to learn and have information technology capabilities to support online teaching and learning activities. The government's policy of implementing Work From Home (WFH), makes it difficult for teachers to do online learning which has never been done before. The difficulties of the teachers in the form of lack of mastery of technology, obstacles in understanding and operating online learning applications. Researchers carry out community service by cooperating with SD N Sambiroto 02 Semarang as partners in implementing assistance on the operation of information technology in online teaching and learning activities to teachers when working from home in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This aims to make it easier for teachers in assignments , communicate and coordinate with students and parents. The implementation method in this program includes the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The preparation stage with an agreement on the allocation of time, place during mentoring and analyzing the mastery of teachers in using IT. The implementation stage is in the form of training and mentoring programs for teachers. At the evaluation stage, evaluate the overall training and mentoring program. Thus, it is hoped that after mentoring can ensure the implementation of online learning so that students of SD N Sambiroto 02 Semarang are not left behind and support government policies in teaching and learning activities in the midst of a pandemic.
