PENDAMPINGAN ASSESSMENT TENAGA PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS STIKUBANK (UNISBANK) SEMARANG
Abstract
As an educational institution, Stikubank University Semarang has a vision by 2035 to become a university of international reputation based on technology and with an entrepreneurial spirit. To achieve this vision, it is necessary to support educators as well as educational staff as supporters. So that both lecturers and education staff must have good competence so that UNISBANK's vision can be achieved. Competencies for lecturers already have rules in accordance with the provisions of the Director General of Higher Education. Therefore, this service is only focused on educational staff or employees at UNISBANK. Based on the educational background, employees at UNISBANK are spread from elementary, junior high, high school, Diploma, Bachelor, and Master education. The problem is that they are less skilled in doing the work that is their responsibility. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct an assessment of education staff employees so that they are optimally able to support activities in Higher Education. Assessment of employees is carried out through in-depth interviews of each employee. Prior to the assessment, all employees are tested on psychological tests and competency orientation through professional staff. The test results are used as interview material by the assessor to provide advice and motivation to employees. The results from the tests and interviews will be a guide for UNISBANK management in developing employees through transfers, and promotions according to their competencies and interests.
