Abstract

The results of the tofu making process will leave a solid material in the form of tofu pulp. Tofu dregs are produced from the remaining finely ground soybean juice mixed with water. From the results of the filtering between the soybean juice and water, there is a residual material called tofu waste. Utilization of tofu waste as an effort to make fish feed pellets, first of all the chemical and physical properties must be known so that the various possible products can be estimated. Then the selected product is considered with its market and techno-economy
