Abstract

The problem faced during the tofu cutting process was that it was done manually using a ruler and knife by bending and cutting vertically and horizontally. If this is done continuously, workers will quickly experience fatigue, especially in the hands and back. Given these problems, a tool is needed to make more effective cuts, so that it can help the ergonomic tofu cutting process to reduce complaints, especially in the hands and back.
