PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN MELALUI STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA PELAKU BISNIS PERALATAN OLAH RAGA DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
Empowerment in the sports industry sector is directed towards coaching that is expected to make stakeholders to better understand the current market environment and enhance the spirit of entrepreneurship. Thus, the sports industry can get opportunities and face challenges and get prepared to participate in competition in the sports industry business. If we analyze the performance of the sports equipment business, then one of the two problems that arises is the marketing strategy and the weakness of the entrepreneurial spirit. Concrete steps are taken to overcome these problems by providing training directly to equipment business people in these two fields. Business gain a theoretical understanding in terms of marketing strategies and enhancing the spirit of entrepreneurship. This understanding then gave rise to new ideas related to the sports equipment business, including expanding markets in other areas, sports equipment innovation, increasing motivation in running a business, thus the performance of sports equipment business players would increase
