PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN DATA MONOGRAFI BERBASIS DARING GUNA MENINGKATKAN TRANSPARASI INFORMASI PADA KELURAHAN DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Village is one of the institutions that has an important role in government and social administration. One of the government agencies that was demanded to keep updating the data on Urban Village Monographs in Semarang City. The compilation of village monograph data refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2012 concerning Village and Village Monographs. In designing this monographic data management system, it will be designed with a web-based integrated server-side Information System that enables the development of dynamic systems with reusability. Data is stored in a database, so it has high efficiency and integrity. System development and changes can be done easily and centrally on the server side. While the application program does not need to be installed and distributed to every client or web browser. It is time for the kelurahan to utilize information and communication technology that can facilitate all parties concerned with monograph data of the kelurahan area in the city of Semarang.
