PELATIHAN TRANSAKSI APU -PPT DAN PELAYANAN PRIMA (SOP PERBANKAN) TENAGA OPERASIONAL PERBANKAN DI BANK AGUNG SEJAHTERA SEMARANG
Abstract
The targets of this Community Service are operational workers in banking, namely Bank AS, who are involved in fund-raising transactions and distributing funds to the community in the form of credit. Activities are provided in the form of intensive training for 8 hours held over 2 working days. The main material provided is related to knowledge of OJK regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (APU) and Prevention of Terrorism Financing (PPT). This term is often used in the world of finance, banking and regulations to ensure transactions do not involve illegal activities. These banking activities are closely implemented with the implementation of Service Standards or Standard Operating Procedures. Therefore, this training was also provided to operational staff at Bank Agung Sejahtera Semarang. After the training was completed, the PKM Team continued to provide assistance to the participants. In order to gather and ignite the absorption capacity of participants in carrying out training materials according to the topics above. The results of this training evaluation are that operational employees are more careful and stick to the principles of administering credit and collecting public funds.
