Abstract
Globalization causes include the service industry is growing very fast Hospitality. The consequence of this development is the availability demands of Human Resources (HR) in the service industry is eligible Hospitality competence, ie Knowledge, Skill and Attitude. In accordance with what has been arranged in SKKNI, the HR in Hospitality field must meet standard criteria exist. SKKNI intended as an approach in human resource development that focuses on results (outcomes) that is working so that performance can be created by a system of professional development and creative human resources, can have an unfair competitive edge in a professional, and multi-purpose and multi-usage. Thus SKKNI the qualification standards of competence that must be owned by employees inside the hotel include Knowledge, Skill and Attitude, so employees can carry out their duties and fulfill the wishes of industry.
