KINERJA KARYAWAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN TAMU HOTEL GRASIA SEMARANG
Abstract
This study was conducted to test and analyze the effect of improving employee performance in guest satisfaction Hotel Grasia Semarang partially. The method used in this study is explanatory method, with research taking place is the Hotel Grasia Semarang, with a sample number of 62 guests, data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study.
The results of data analysis showed that partially affects employee performance guest satisfaction with the standardized beta coefficient of 0.688 while the coefficient of determination adjusted R Square of 0.465, meaning that employees are able to explain the variable performance of 46.5% change in guest satisfaction, as such variables influence employee performance in enhance guest satisfaction Hotel Grasia Semarang.
