Abstract

It needs good services to achieve customers’ satisfaction in providing tourists’ necessities.  Customers should be given good services since they depart from homes, during their travel, tours and in tourism objects, until they arrive back homes. Giving services to customers is nothing more than just to serve any other human beings along with all of their needs that should be given attention. During their tourism journeys, customers want to find pleasures and fun. For that reason, they are willing to pay the offers at the resonable price. The price will be made up for the satisfying quality of the service.
