Abstract

The recent world of industries, included tourism industries, is growing in a tight competition that demands the continuous development. This situation motivates the business players of industries, included the tourism industry, to manage their activities in creating the competitive andvantage by improving in all aspects in order to be survived as a market playes and to provide highly competitive product. Therefore, the tourism industry should keep on trying to provide and improve their product in order to be survived or to win the competition. The highly level of competition in either local or global tourism industry motivates them to be responsive to the change in tourism tastes. To provide satisfying service, the tourism industry should be able to create an advantage as the key to win the competition in order to give a meaningful support to the Indonesian economic growth.
