Abstract

Perhutani has the potential tourist attractions, some of which have been developed, but a lot of tourism potential that still needs to be developed because of its uniqueness as well as having good potential for growth if managed optimally. One of the untapped potential is UP3 and PSA units in the village Regaloh potential as a vehicle of education charged the factory tour.This study aims to explore the tourism potential that exists with analyzing the internal-external device support using the tools of analysis techniques to determine a strategy to develop the potentials based on findings that already exist. Technic analysis performed included: 1) SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on existing data sources.2) IFASweighted EFAS 3) Descriptive qualitative analysis to describe the linkage of analysis results
weighted by the SWOT analysis 4) Pattern Matching Analysis. It is used to compare the results of this study with the factory tour in Taiwan. From the results of internal-external weighting can be mapped into a graph and found value =- 0.15 Weight of External Factors and Internal Factors Weight Value = 0.265 and the right strategy is a strategy in which the TS potentials existing strengths extracted and optimized to minimize the threat in a way: Optimizing the potential for campground, Improving sanitation plant, Make a Run Down Program "Educational Tour" Simadu-Sikeket, Define a Marketing Strategy such as Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Branding,
Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, Mapping Strategy (Road Map).
