Abstract

Studies in this study about the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The issues raised in this study were: (1) examine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. (2) to test whether organizational commitment mediates the organizational culture and motivation of the teacher's performance. The population was 219 elementary school teachers in UPT Dindikbud Doro Pekalongan. Retrieval of data using the formula Slovin population. Using multiple regression analysis model. Results of the study: (1) organizational culture are statistically significant and potif toward organizational commitment, (2) motivation significant and positive impact on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture proved significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (4) motivation significant and positf on teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (6) organizational commitment mediates the effect is not proven organizational culture on teacher performance. (7) not
proven organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation on teacher performance.
