Abstract

This study to purpose determine the Effects of Social Support and Career Development The Job Satisfaction with Mediation Organizational Commitment At Bri Branch Employees in Pati. The research was conducted on employees in the BRI branch as many as 178 employees organic. Analisis with multiple regression analysis, test the validity of data using  components of the matrix, reliability with alpha reliability .

Results reveal that social support affects the organizational commitment. Influence the career development of organizational commitment . Influence of social support on job satisfaction . Career development effect on job satisfaction . Effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of sosial support on employee job satisfaction in the BRI branch Pati . Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of career development on employee satisfaction BRI Branch Starch .
