THE IMPLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ORGANIZATION CULTURE TO PUBLIC CIVIL SERVANT PERFORMANCE’S WITH THE MEDIATION OF ORGANIZASIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract

This study is examiners to impluence of leadership style and organization culture to public civil servant performance’s with the mediation of organizasional commitment. The amount of responden 101 peoples, the worked as public servant at Kelurahan Se Kecamatan Semarang Barat Kota Semarang and the sampling method used purposive sampling.

Data were collected using questioner and the technique to analyse the data using factor analysis to analyse validity test, Alpha Cronbach to analysis realibility test, multiple regression analysis, t test and residual test to prove the research hypothesis.

The results of this study indicated that ; (1). Leadership style have positive and significances impact to organizasinal commitment. (2). Organization culture have positive and significances impact to organizasional commitment. (3). Leadership style have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (4). Organization culture have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (5). Organizasinal commitment have positive and significances impact to public civil performance’s. (6). Leadership style and organizational culture as intervening have positif and significances impact to public civil servant performance’s with the mediation organizasional commitment.
