ANALISIS KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN MODERASI LINGKUNGAN KERJA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of "Quality of Working Life and Work’s Discipline on Perfomance Moderated Work Environment". In this study the population was 144 people, while the samples taken were 144 people as respondents with census techniques. With the criteria of all PNS teachers in the Public Middle School as far as Wonotunggal and Bandar District, Batang Regency. Test the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: (i) Quality of Working Life Quality of Working LifeQuality of Working LifeQuality of Working LifeQuality of Working Quality of Working LifQuality of Working Life Quality of Working Life has a positive and significant effect on Class Management, (ii) Work’s Discipline has effect positive and significant on Performance, (iii) Work Environment has effect positive and signifikan on Performance, (iv) Work Environment does moderating the effect of Quality of Working Life on Performance, and (v) Work Environment does not moderate the influence of Work’s Discipline on Performance.
