Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of competency and Person Organization Fit on Performance with Organizational Culture as moderating variable. This research was conducted on employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Semarang Raya (Semarang Pemuda Branch Office, Ungaran Branch Office and Semarang Majapahit Branch Office) with a total sample of 116 people. The analysis method is a quantitative analysis method, using double linear regression, hypothesis test and moderation test by seeing the interaction between the independent variable and the moderating variable. The results of this study, competency variable and Person Organizational Fit variable have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Semarang Raya, while organizational culture has proven to moderate the influence of competency and Person Organization Fit on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at Semarang Raya. Based on these results, to improve performance, it is expected that BPJS Employment can continue to improve competency through appropriate training for its employees, and consider a person organization fit approach to the employee recruitment process and create a Organizational Culture blueprint that is used in the long term and conducts internalization of Organizational Culture on an ongoing basis.
