Abstract

This study aims to: examine and analyze the effect of pedagogical competence on classroom management; examine and analyze the influence of teacher’s self efficacy on classrom management; examine and analyze the effect of academic supervision on classrom management; examine and analyze the influence of moderation on variable pedagogic competence to classroom mangement; examine and analyze the influence of moderation on variable self-efficacy to classroom mangement.  This research uses a quantitative approach. The population are 105 people. Samples were taken using sensus. The techniques of data analyze use multiple linier analyze model test; R2 test, the hypothesis test use t test. The results of the test are as follows: pedagogical competence has positive effect toward classroom mangement;teacaher’s self-efficacy has positive effect toward classroom management; academic supervision  is has not effect toward classroom management; academic supervision moderates pedagogical competence toward classroom management; academic supervision doesn’t moderate teacher’s self-efficacy toward classroom mangement;
