Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Characteristics and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Midst of Organizational Culture Moderation at ASN Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in Central Java Province. This research was conducted at ASN in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province with 120 ASN respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data, while the source of data is primary data.The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, then to explain the magnitude of the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable using multiple linear regression equations with SPSS version 25.The results showed that Job Characteristics had a positive and significant effect on OCB, QWL had a positive and significant effect on OCB, Organizational Culture was able to moderate the Characteristics of work towards OCB, Organizational Culture was able to moderate OWL to OCB
