MENGUKUR PERAN MEDIASI PERCEIVED USEFULNESS DALAM HUBUNGAN PERCEIVED EASE TO USE PADA ATTITUDE PENGGUNA APLIKASI KAI ACCESS
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease to use on the attitude of KAI access users through perceived usefulness as a mediator. The convenience offered by using applications in everyday life encourages PT. Kereta Api Indonesia to provide convenience for prospective train passengers by presenting an application from PT. KAI itself called KAI access. The object of this research is the KAI access application, while the subject is train passengers who use the KAI access application. This research uses sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 182 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires which are distributed directly to stations in the city of Yogyakarta and through Google form. Data analysis techniques using SEM with AMOS software version 22. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it shows that perceived ease to use affects perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use affects attitude and perceived usefulness influences attitude. In this research, the role of perceived usefulness in mediating is very important, indicated by the value of indirect effect which is greater than the value of direct effect. This study also found that usefulness was more dominant than ease to use for KAI access application users
