Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Psychological Capital and Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with moderation of Resistance to Change. The population of this research is all employees of Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kendal and Sekretariat Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kendal which includes 104 Civil Servants (PNS) and activity supporting staffs. This study uses data from the entire population called the census method. The type of data that used in this study is primary data derived from questionnaires, using a Likert Scale. Data analysis using SPSS 25 and data analysis methods using instrument testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (moderation tests using Moderation Regression Analisys pure moderator type). The results of the test data and analysis carried out showed that: (1) Psychological Capital had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Job Characteristics had no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Resistance to Change moderated the influence of Psychological Capital on Organizational Behavior Citizenship Behavior, with the effect of moderation weakening, (4) Resistance to Change moderates the influence of Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with its moderating effect weakening.
