Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially want to know the effect of LMX variables, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on performance. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari, totaling 101 people, and all of them were made respondents thus using the census method (total sampling). Analysis techniques with multiple linear regression (ordinary least square), and mediation test (sobel test). Research results: (1). Based on the results of the test instruments that all indicators are valid and reliable. (2). Hypothesis testing proves that from the 5 (five) hypotheses proposed, 3 (three) hypotheses were rejected and 2 (two) hypotheses were rejected, namely direct (partial) influence between LMX and organizational culture on performance. (3). Mediation test proves that LMX and organizational culture cannot affect performance directly, because it must go through organizational commitment (full mediation). It is proven that in order to create good performance, organizations must increase organizational commitment from employees.
