Abstract

This study examines the effect of Servant Leadership and Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Resistance to Change as moderation in the Demak District Regional Secretariat. Data collection was conducted by census of employees at the Demak Regency Regional Secretariat for employees with the lowest education level, namely senior high school and under 50 years of age. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire of 137 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 24.00 with the test instrument and linear regression analysis. The results show that: (1) Servant Leadership has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) Empowerment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Resistance to change does not moderate the relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (4) Resistance to change does not moderate the relationship of Empowerment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
