Abstract
This research is a case study and aims to develop the organization of El-Shadday Theological College (STT El-Shadday) located in Surakarta. This study analyzes various aspects of the organization that can be developed by reviewing structures, strategies, processes, systems, integration, roles, responsibilities, adaptability, governance, readiness of human resources, and performance culture. Through description analysis, the results of this research are in the form of developing a vision, mission, goals, values, organizational structure, job descriptions, effectiveness of human resource development, and performance appraisal.
