Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of retirement preparedness and the need for retirement preparation programs for education staff of Hasanuddin University Civil Servants (PNS). The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires to the education staff of Hasanuddin University Civil Servants (PNS) who will retire in the next five years. The results showed that employee retirement readiness was in the "Medium" category, while the responses of respondents related to the Needs of the Pensiun Preparation Program are in the "High" category.
