ANALISIS PENGARUH INFLASI DAN KURS RUPIAH TERHADAP NERACA PERDAGANGAN INDONESIA TAHUN 2005-2015

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and the level of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar against the trade balance. The independent variables in this study are the Inflation Rate ( ), and Dollar Exchange Rate against Rupiah ( ), with the dependent variable namely the Trade Balance (Y). The type of research used is associative research with explanations or explanatory with quantitative approaches. The data of this study are the Trade Balance in Indonesia for the period 2005-2015. The data used is obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Correlation and multiple linear regression statistics. Simultaneous test results (F test), show that the Inflation Rate and Dollar Exchange Rate against Rupiah simultaneously have a significant effect on the trade balance with a large F value of 3.477 and a 92% confidence level. While the partial test results (t test), indicate that the inflation rate variable no significant and positive effect on the trade balance, in contrast, the Exchange Rate variable shows a significant and negative effect on the trade balance in Indonesia with a T value of -2,264 with a trust of 97%
