ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA PETANI MELALUI PENGOLAHAN SAMBEL LELE

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to know the value added, and (2) to find out the financial analysis of catfish processing business. This research was conducted on Mulyo Sesarengan Organic Rice Farming Group in Karangdowo Subdistrict, Klaten Regency, which was purposively chosen (purposive) with the consideration that Mulyo Sesarengan Organic Rice Farmer Group made an effort to increase income that could support farming activities through catfish farming and development of chili sauce products. The objectives of this research were analyzed income feasibility. The results showed that (1) Analysis of Payback Period needed for catfish farming 2 years 9 months, 2 months faster than the time needed for catfish sauce in example 2 years 7 months, and (2) catfish-based processing business Mulyo Sesarengan Organic Farming Group In Karangdowo District, Klaten Regency is a profitable business, but what needs to be considered is the expansion of the market to sell catfish sauce to be quickly absorbed by consumers.
