Abstract
Human resources are an important part of the organization when improving employee performance. [1] states that performance is influenced by individual factors, leadership factors, team factors, system factors, and situational factors. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style , communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Berkah Bumi Independen. The sample technique uses random sampling so that the sample in this study is 119 employees. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance. employee.
