Abstrak-- Di zaman Era modern ini Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi sangatlah cepat pada segala bidang kehidupan. Terutama pada perubahan pola pikir masyarakat yang menginginkan sebuah Informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Di sinilah peranan teknologi informasi sangat menentukan terhadap terjadinya transformasi informasi dari satu pihak ke pihak lain.
