PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS E-COMMERCE PADA “MYKAELA STORE” DENGAN PHP DAN JQUERY

Abstract

Abstract - E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) is the sale or purchase of goods and services between businesses, households, individuals, governments, and other public or private organizations, conducted over computer on the network medium. Goods and services ordered through the network, but the payment and delivery of goods or services can be done at the end or offline.

Mykaela Store is a Muslim clothing stores that are still marketing its products offline. So with the technology E-Commerce Store Mykaela utilize this technology to market their products to the public at large, because the technology of E-Commerce through this information can be communicated to the public effectively and efficiently.

The system was created with the PHP programming language and MySQL database because the PHP programming language and MySQL database already has many features that support the creation of this E-Commerce system.

The purpose of this study is to design a web-based system that can simplify the process of promotion and sale of products to the general public, so that the system can be accessed through the Internet whenever and wherever they are.

Abstrak - E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) adalah penjualan atau pembelian barang dan jasa, antara perusahaan, rumah tangga, individu, pemerintah, dan masyarakat atau organisasi swasta lainnya, yang dilakukan melalui computer pada media jaringan. Barang-barang dan jasa dipesan melalui jaringan tersebut, tetapi pembayaran dan pengiriman barang atau jasa dapat dilakukan di akhir atau offline.

Mykaela Store merupakan sebuah toko busana muslim yang masih memasarkan produk-produknya secara offline. Sehingga dengan adanya teknologi E-Commerce ini Mykaela Store memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk memasarkan produknya kepada masyarakat secara luas, karena melalui teknologi E-Commerce ini informasi dapat disampaikan kepada masyarakat luas dengan efektif dan efisien.

Sistem ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL karena bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL telah mempunyai banyak fitur yang mendukung dalam pembuatan system E-Commerce ini.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses promosi dan penjualan produk kepada masyarakat luas, sehingga system ini dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet kapanpun dan dimanapun mereka berada.
