PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KOPERASI DAN UKM PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of work training, work motivation, and career development of the performance of employees.
The object in this research is an employees of Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Office. The population in this research are consisted of 118 employees, determination of samples is calculated by slovin formula and get the results of 90 respondents. This study was a survey method with probability sampling and simple random sampling. The sample obtained was 60 respondents by distributing questionnaires in the form of a list of statements. After the data collected, an instrument test was conducted which consisted of validity test with factor analysis and reliability test with cronbach alpha. The data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression models with F test and t test. The data processing is solved by SPSS 19. Research result found that: (1) work training has a positive and significant impact on employees performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employees performance, (3) career development does not significantly influence employees performance. This research examines practical and theoretical implications.
