PENGARUH LOKASI, CITRA INSTITUSI DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA (Studi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis UNISBANK Semarang)
Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of location, institutional image and service quality on student satisfaction (study of students of the economics faculty and business of UNISBANK Semarang). The independent variables in this study are location, institutional image and service quality.
The population in this study were students of the economics and business faculty of UNISBANK Semarang, with a sample size of 100 students and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using instrument test, multiple linear regression and fit test models.
The results showed that location had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, institutional image had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction.
