PENGARUH PROMOSI, KUALITAS LAYANAN, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN (Studi Kasus pada OVO Payment di Kota Semarang)

Abstract

The main goals of this research are to test and analyze promotion, service quality, and product quality towards customer satisfaction OVO payments in the city of Semarang. The respondents of this research consisted of 100 respondents for OVO payments in the city of Semarang. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 19 software to test and prove the research hypothesis. Multiple linear regression test results show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
