PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN, PENDIDIKAN, DAN PELATIHAN KOTA SEMARANG)
Employee performance in offices is influenced by many factors, including leadership style, employees level of satisfaction felt, and compensation. Employee performance is determined by the leadership style of the leader, adequate compensation, and perceived job satisfaction, so that good performance will always provide a good contribution to the employee, so that the employee will always have a interest for his work. Optimal employee performance is an important aspect in an organization, because it can determine the ability, productivity and level of service that can be achieved. A good leadership style makes employees excited and motivated to produce good performance in line with expectations. Adequate employee compensation is a driver for everyone to be able to do a good job. The higher the satisfaction, the better the performance of employees. An assessment of the performance of employees must be carried out, but an assessment of the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Semarang City administration is still rare.
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and job satisfaction towrads employee performance. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study that leadership style, compensation, and job satisfaction have positive effect towards employee performance. Therefore, so that the performance of BKPP Semarang City employees gets better, leadership style, compensation, and job satisfaction are increasingly improved.
