Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Leverage Ratio to share price at manufacturing companies listed on BEI 2014-2016. In this study take the population of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period Year 2014-2016 with the sampling using purposive sampling method as many as 143 samples. The results showed that partially ROA, EPS, DPR, and Leverage variables are significant and significant to stock prices while Leverage variable has no significant positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously all independent variables ROA, EPS, DPR, and Leverage affect stock prices.
