Abstract

This aim of this study is to know and analyze the infuence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture to employees performance at Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jateng & DIY. Population of this research are all of employees in Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jateng & DIY amounted to 50 respondents by spreading using census or sampling method saturated.

In the data analysis using validity test is measured by looking at KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) and loading factor (component matrix) which states all valid variables, reliability testing using cronbach alpha which states all variables are reliable, test the coefficient of determination using adjusted R Square which shows the independent variable is able to explain the variation of changes to the independent variable by 56%, the F test by using a significance level of 5% which states that there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression test using standardized coefficients that show leadership style has no effect on employee performance by 0.076, work motivation affects employee performance by 0.349, and organizational culture affects employee performance by 0.377, and t test by using a significance level of 5%, which shows leadership style with magnitude 0.542 which proves the hypothesis is rejected, work motivation with a significance of 0.041 which proves the hypothesis is accepted, and organizational culture with a significance of 0.008 which proves the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that leadership style variables do not affect employee performance later, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee performance.
