Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Directorate General of State Treasury Semarang Central Java. The type of data used is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source of the questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of Directorate General of State Treasury Semarang Central Java. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data collected in the analysis using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, reliability testing using cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on employee performance.
