Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the work Discipline, work environment, and competencies against the staffing Agency training and education of the city of Semarang.

The population in this research is the total number of employees totaled 83 respondents. The data used is primary data, i.e. data obtained directly from the source. The technique of data collection is done by a questionnaire. Methods of analysis used is test data, test feasibility feasibility model, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression.

Data collected after the test result all data stated is valid and reliable. The results showed that the positive effect of work Discipline and signfikan on performance Clerk Staffing Agency training and education the city of Semarang. Influential and positive work environment signfikan Staffing Agency Employees on performance of education and training in Semarang city.Competence signfikan and positive effect on performance Clerk Staffing Agency training and education of the city of Semarang.
