Abstract

Abstract: This study examines and examines the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Mabel company that is PT. Country From Furnitur Semarang. Object pene thesis writer of this thesis is an employee of PT. Country From Furnitur SemarangRandom sampling sampling technique amounted to 100 with return of sample back to 94 with data collection using questionnaires by distributing kuesiomern by spreading questionnaires to respondents to obtain information.The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Environment bepengaruh positive e and significant to Employee Performanc
