Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance of District Office Randublartung Blora Regency. The population in this study is the total number of employees who numbered 50 respondents.The sample used is census technique. The data used is primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. Technique used for primary data collection is done by questioner to respondent. Hypothesis test results show that Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
