Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the influence of motivation,work discipline,and work environment to employee performance of PT .PISMA GARMENT INDO. The sampling technique in this research used the simple random sampling with the number of respondents amounted 100. Analysis of data used covered the validity by factor analysis, reliability test with koefesien alpha (cronbrach alpha), statistical analysis descriptive, regression analysis multiple, the test determination, the standard F with significant < 0,05, and t test to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The research results were (1) The motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) The work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance.The result of this research gave a theoretical and practical implication.
