PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DISPLIN, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS PADA DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA SEMARANG)
Abstract
This research purposes to analysis leadership, discipline, and competencies influence to job performance at Institute culture and tourism Semarang city. This research uses primary data by questionnaire. Population of this research is employees Institute culture and tourism Semarang city as 26 respondents. Analysis data uses validity and reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, t test and F test. Base on analysis data result conclusions variable leadership, discipline, and competencies a positive influence to the performance of employees.
