Abstract

Satisfaction is an experience that will settle in the patient recall that affect the decision making process re-purchase the same products The population is all customers of PT Bina San Prima Semarang which totaled 233. The samples used were 150 respondents. The analytical tool used was 150 respondents. The results showed no effect between the perception of product quality to customer satisfaction, meaning that if the product quality affordable then it will increase customer satisfaction, there is influence between product quality to customer satisfaction, meaning that if a product increases, it will increase customer satisfaction, no influence between product quality against the intention Buy re-re, meaning that if the product quality affordable then it will increase customer loyalty, there is the influence of the products on customer loyalty, meaning that if a product increases, it will increase customer loyalty and no effect between satisfaction to customer loyalty, meaning that if the customer satisfaction increases, it will increase customer loyalty
